Rena liked to wake up each morning, stretch and drink her tea. Her morning ritual consisted of lighting a candle by her altar and showing her gratefulness for yet another day of health, happiness and insight. Her altar changed from time to time, but always with her Madonna as her primary figure. " What am I grateful for today Mother Mary?" she would ask in a whisper. Usually the answer came in a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Ahhhh....
