Cap won't part with his vintage Ford hubcap unless you can whistle 'Oh,Suzanna' best accompanied by a ukulele....seriously he ain't foolin'. He just can't deal with those traveler types that never lift their head to say hello. So if your'e in the least bit interested to put that last hubcap on your old Ford, then you better butter up Cap, by whistling him the tune and tempt him out from the back of his shop with a good ol' cup of coffee...that's right diggity dog!
