Dr. Hal's horseshoe cowboy

Dr. Hal spent his life taking care of children with failing hearts. Usually on the little tot's  first visit, they were tentatively shy. He would pull out his horseshoe cowboy and announced: We're going to make your heart strong enough to lasso a bull? Have you ever done that?" The kids would giggle and wait for Hal's next cue. " Ok, you keep throwing those lucky horseshoes and you'll see what I mean....you know how to do that don't ya?" Made from a welders hand, Hal's folk art cowboy brought him all the smiles he could hope for. And the healing began with a funny iron cowboy...
