Once in awhile an interior redo can start with a few precious possessions. For Sasha, it took one lovely mask, some textiles and a few other accessories to make something happen. She situates her mask on a colored patch of wall painted in a burnt orange, along with her collection of mud cloths from Zimbabwe. She lays her covered cushions and stacked mattresses on the floor and on a large brass tray, she sets up for tea. With a bit of color and ethnic style, her modern interior is off to a global start.
